Aideen O’Dochartaigh

Dr. Aideen O’Dochartaigh is an expert in sustainability accounting and Environmental Social Governance (ESG). Her research and teaching are interdisciplinary and incorporate sustainability reporting practice and regulation, sustainability networks, and carbon budgeting.

She has published in leading international journals and has been awarded funding for multiple transdisciplinary research projects, including the Co-Centre for Climate + Biodiversity + Water. Her research has cross-sectoral impact across the accounting profession, business, policy and the public.

Aideen is a chartered accountant (FCA) and she works on a pro bono basis with multiple social and environmental justice organisations.
