Goran Dominioni
Goran Dominioni is an Assistant Professor at the Dublin City University (DCU) School of Law and Government. He works primarily on carbon pricing, maritime transport, and climate finance.
He is currently the PI of a World Bank project on carbon pricing in shipping and a UN Foundations project on the same topic. He is also a Funded Investigator at the Co-Centre for Climate + Biodiversity + Water.
His research has been awarded prizes from various institutions, including the MIT Climate Co-Lab, Yale Law School, and the Environmental Law Institute, and is often cited in media, including the Financial Times and The Guardian.
He has held visiting researcher/professor positions at Cornell Law School, the World Maritime University, and Copenhagen University. He holds an LLM from Yale Law School and a PhD from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
